The monthly rental rates include the heat. There is an additional fee of $75.00 per month for tenants for outdoor parking. Indoor parking is not currently available.
The use of our heated indoor 25-metre pool and gym (treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes and universal weight equipment) is offered at no additional charge. The pool is open from 10 am - 7 pm. Our gym is now open from 8 am - 8 pm.
